Return Policy

You can apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags attached.

  • Note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If the item is not defective, the buyer will bear the return courier charges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock at the time of the request.

  • Note: The buyer pays the return courier charges unless there is a visible defect in the item.

Exchange Procedure

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear picture of the defective part of the item (if applicable).

  2. Repack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Email the picture of the defective part (if applicable) and your request for return or exchange to our customer service email.

  4. We will provide you with the return address.

  5. Send the package to the given address using a local courier service.

  6. Once we receive the package, we will process your exchange within 3 working days.

Important Notes

  • Free exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item. Otherwise, return courier charges will apply.

  • Items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to slight differences in shade or color caused by photographic lighting or screen displays.
